I could not narrow it down, the message appeared a few times and another couple people I spoke with had the same thing, however I didnt make a note of it so I don't even know where to begin looking. Im starting to wonder, why has no one else seen this?

Im starting to wonder, why has no one else seen this?I suspect that it's the result of a program trying to fetch data from an old-style .ini file, and the file is not where it's expected to be.This could be for a number of reasons. 1) the program is newly installed, and is a hangover from a very old dos-based program (Win9x) with hard-coded locations2) the program is/was malware, and the Anti-Virus caught some of it but not all3) a programming error in a recently-installed program4) something else HTH - and gives some avenues for you to investigate (tip: use Event Viewer, and check what else is happening - also when did you install stuff, and check for malware)-- Noel Paton | Nil Carborundum Illegitemi | CrashFixPC

Use Process Explorer's Find Window's Process feature (target/crosshairs icon) to tie the window to a process and then investigate/adjust strategy from there.
